About Jane Heart Jewelry

Jane Heart LLC has been manufacturing equestrian jewelry since 1994. The designs make a distinct brand statement and are sold in the United States, Canada, and England. All Jane Heart copyright designs are manufactured in Arizona, are of excellent quality, detail and workmanship, and are hand fabricated and polished. Each piece is stamped with the heart shaped Jane Heart copyright logo or the Jane Heart name where the heart is not applicable. Sterling silver and gold are precious metals and require only a good quality polishing cloth to keep looking like new. A dull patina sometimes is desired and will occur with wear.

SSL is a highly sophisticated method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to our website’s servers. Look for the gold security lock symbol when processing your order which means you are in a secure area. Also look at the web address in your browser window where the first few letters will change from “http” to “https” when you are transmitting information protected by SSL encryption. Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

International Orders

Orders can be processed online to most international countries. International express mail is the form of shipment with a tracking number which will be emailed to you at the time of processing.  On most orders the additional charge is $25. Jane will email you if an additional postage charge is required. Please email jane@janeheart.com if any questions. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards are accepted.

Gift Certificate

The perfect solution when you are not sure what to order for that special person.

A gift certificate in a gold gift box is available to be sent to you or a gift recipient for a $4.00 shipping charge. As the cart will charge the shipping for the gift amount as if it were a regular purchase, the correct charge of $4.00 per certificate only will be added when your order is processed. Gift certificates that are purchased have no expiration date and are redeemable for product only. Amounts other than those shown are available – call 1-888-703-0503.

The information you submit in the process of ordering is confidential to Jane Heart only and your privacy is respected. It is used to fulfill your order and for the purpose of contacting you if needed. No personal information is shared with any third party. Your email address is added to the private Jane Heart email mailing list and can be removed at your request by emailing jane@janeheart.com. Pricing and Errors

Every effort is made to update the accuracy of this website but errors do occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors – including after an order has been submitted – and to update information at any time. Gold and silver prices fluctuate and are subject to change.  Prices, images, and descriptive information are subject to change without notice and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Delivery and Processing Information

All orders are charged as soon as received. Shipping charge also includes order processing, packaging, handling, transport, and insurance. In stock merchandise is shipped within 2 days. You will be contacted by email if it will take longer than 3 days to ship. Orders are shipped insured priority mail which requires a signature to guarantee insurance and takes 2-3 days to most U.S. cities. Allow 7-10 days in December. Overnight and second day shipping is available through Federal Express at an additional charge with signature required for insurance. Packages may be sent to a business address or signature waived with your approval and release of responsibility to Jane Heart. Your credit card receipt will be included in your package. If a gift has been ordered to a different address, the credit card receipt will be sent to your address. Delivery times are not guaranteed. There is no delivery or processing fee on orders over $1000.00

Packaging

Your order will be shipped in a Jane Heart gift box or pouch. All diamond and gold orders will be shipped in a high quality black maple wood box with gold trim. A gold gift card with your special message can be written by Jane for a gift selection going directly to the recipient. A Jane Heart gold shopping bag with black logo is available for an additional $2.00 charge. Gift certificates come in a gold gift box as pictured.

Special Orders and Sizing

Many of the styles on the website may be customized just for you. All styles available with each horse head is not necessarily on the website. If you see a style you like with your favorite horse head, please email jane@janeheart.com for availability or call 1-888-703-0503. Chain lengths available are 16, 18, 20 and in some cases 24 for an additional cost. Necklaces and bracelets are available in special sizes and may have additional cost. For rings, please have your finger sized for a thin or wide band ring. Some earring styles are available in clips. Gold is available in 14k and 18k and can come in yellow, white, and rose gold. Some additional styles can come in gold and may not be specified so please inquire.

Returns and Exchanges.

As a valued customer of Jane Heart your satisfaction is guaranteed. All refunds will be the same as method of payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please return your package insured for your protection and in the same condition as received within thirty days. Custom and special orders are final sale. Gift recipients can receive a nonrefundable merchandise credit or exchange. Gift certificates that are purchased have no expiration date and are redeemable for product only.
